Products

All of our bags are handmade using traditional weaving techniques and natural materials. Because each product is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, size, pattern, and texture may occur. These natural differences are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece.

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors exactly.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in DKK (Danish Kroner) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability. Payment must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.

Shipping

We currently ship within Denmark and selected international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping provider.

Once an order has been shipped, Moyo Living is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is received. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Handmade & Natural Materials

Our products are made from natural sisal fibre and handcrafted by skilled artisans in Kenya. Small irregularities and variations are considered part of the handmade process and are not regarded as defects.

By purchasing from Moyo Living, you acknowledge and appreciate the handcrafted nature of our collections.
