Returns

We hope you love your Moyo Living purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Because our bags are handmade using natural materials, slight variations in color, weave, shape, or texture are considered part of the product’s unique craftsmanship and are not regarded as defects.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page or by email with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
