All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information where available.

Handmade Products
Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Kenya using natural sisal fibre and traditional weaving techniques. Due to the handmade nature of our collections, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work closely with trusted shipping partners, Moyo Living is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
Moyo Living cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
